no background support and thats really sad!

Please add support for background and offline mode.

Crashes after update. Sometimes crashes every 5-10 minutes

The app crashes for no reason if the "new contact added" icon pop ups in the upper left corner and you try to log in.

Still cant login with jabber id like [email protected]. Its second update after my issue and it isnt fixed. And Im quiet about ui bugs and crushes - its ok if it is another side of privacy

Button "send" does not work on Ipad4 iOs9.3.3

Its good to see OTR but OTR with general xmpp server doesnt work at all so better change googletalk to xmpp to in the GUI and there are a lot of things that miss even if its a 1.x version, please keep this up and for this I rated 5 stars, just to support you, but really, it misses really many things

Unique in its genre, I definitely LOVE xmmp chat. In-depth configuration of the OTR crypt will be a killer, 5-star feature ;).

- By clicking on "Add Buddy", it just opens a chat with the first contact on the list. - Why no more contact lists???

Confused about setting up ID on my iPad. Do I need an actual email address as my ID? How does the auto generated ID work? Im giving this 5 stars even though Im not sure how it works because I believe in what youre trying to do, protect our privacy. Thanks!

No background support makes this app essentially useless.

Not only does this app not have notification functionality, it also randomly stops receiving messages (not a time-out issue). Absolutely useless.

Please fix the crashing issue! The last releases were working soooooo well! Still...Thanks for the great work!

Is a good chat app for one-on-one chat, but doesnt support group chat.

Very good concept and much needed implementation of OTR but suffers from constant crashing.

It supports XMPP secure over TLS 1.2 this is quite very nice feature. Inside TLS traffic there is an DSA encryption with (1024, 160) bit public-private key pair. Although traffic is double encrypted, the second encryption key length should be at least (2048, 256) bit. If key length was (3072,384) bit and encryption algorithm was RSA-AES than this app would be the most secure chat app on the planet. Nice job fellow!

This is a simple and reliable chat app. I am using it for Gchat and it works well.
